Hellooo!
As I
mentioned at the beginning to create this blog, I've been doing a personal
training Project (PTP) for six weeks. During this time I have done different
physical activities, and I'm going to highlight and explain the three that I
personally think are the most interesting.
An afternoon in the gym:
First of all,
like always when you are going to do physical exercise, you’ve got to warm up,
to avoid injuries. And to do
this, I did twenty minutes of stationary bike.
After that, with
the help and advice of the monitors that are in the gym, I performed a circuit
of some machines to strengthen specific muscles.
-Abductors
machine, which is used to work the inner and outer side of the legs.
-Peck
deck, which is a machine with which you can perform classic chest openings to
strengthen pectorals and we can also work shoulder.
-Machines
used to work quadriceps, lifting a load with the legs.
In each of these machines, I had to perform a number of repetitions.
And when I
finished it, I couldn’t back home without doing the cool down, which also helps
us to avoid injuries. To this, I did twenty minutes of continuous run.
Spinning session:
The warm up was five
minutes riding a stationary bike in a continuous rhythm.
At the end, I
cycled five minutes in a continuous rhythm for the cool down.
GAP session:
To the warm
up, I did some trot on the site, and some stretches.
Then,
following the monitor’s instructions, I performed several exercises using some instruments
as weights or balls. During the whole activity, there was background music, so
it was nicer.
When I
finished it, I did other softer stretches and activities for the cool down.
I recommend you
to try any of them activities, you’ll really enjoy them! =)
